"Time to Read" is a unique programme, which aims to foster a love of reading, improve literacy and build confidence and social skills in children at Key Stage 2.
A special 20 Year Celebration event was held in the Guildhall as an opportunity to highlight key impacts of the programme, and thank volunteers for their commitment and dedication.
