Mr Lindsay, Mr Heron, Mrs Charleston and Mrs Doak joined us on Friday afternoon for the final of the annual Public Speaking competition. 14 pupils from P6 and P7 presented their speeches on the following topics:
Image is everything or is it?
Has the mobile phone killed conversation?
Are robots taking over our society?
The person who inspires me the most.
After much deliberation, the Hugh Lindsay cup for Public Speaking was awarded. Congratulations to everyone who made the final and everyone in P6 and P7 who composed and delivered a speech.
