Children in Primary 6 have been very lucky to receive 2 visits from the British Red Cross this week. During this time they have learned about various illnesses such as epilepsy and asthma, as well as how to react in a difficult situation. Children enthusiastically practiced their CPR skills, use of a defibrillator and placing someone in the recovery position. They also discussed the importance of using 999 or 112 in an emergency situation. Thank you to the British Red Cross for providing these extremely important and informative sessions.
