On Friday, staff and pupils said 'GOODBYE & HAPPY RETIREMENT' to Mrs Walker who has been a member of the kitchen staff since Lisnagelvin Primary School first opened in January 1978. At that time, she came as a temporary staff member to work in the new school kitchens for a few weeks.Weeks became months, months became years, years became decades! Mrs Walker has cooked and served our school meals for almost 39 years! Enjoy your retirement Mrs Walker.
