Ready for Anything - Building Resilience in Children
Ready for Anything is an in school and afterschool programme which teaches and develops children's resilience skills. This term Ready for Anything will be delivered by parents and carers! We will be making 3 parents/carers manuals (P1-P3, P4-P7 and Yr 8-10) and printable resources available online every week. The first week will be available from Friday 3rd April 2020. Classes will take 30-40 minutes a week and have been chosen to appeal to all ages where there are a few children at home. We will also provide resources to make items for a calm down kit and suggest craft activities to do at home to add to the calm down kit. These will be using stuff as easy as possible to get (where possible you have it already). Manuals and resources will be updated every Friday for ten weeks covering the same topics we cover in schools. It will be good fun while building the key components of resilience in our children. Resources can be downloaded from our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/Ready4Anything/
