Primary 5 really enjoyed their Stone Age Day. They described it as “fun, interesting and informative.”
Thank you to the Active Learning Company who came to our school and prepared all of the activities for our children to enjoy.
These included:
- Flint tools and weapons identification game
- Building a wall with wattle and daub
- Making flour on a Quern stone
- Building a tomb
- Creating a clay pot
- Weaving with wool
- modelling Stone Age costumes
The children loved getting into character and trying out each of the different activities.
