Our Primary 7 pupils enjoyed taking part in the Action Mental Health programme!   The workshops covered important areas such as: coping with anxiety and anger, talking to trusted adults in their life and how to keep their bodies and minds healthy.   A very worthwhile workshop and our P7s loved it!
