P5 were delighted to have Chris from Play It By Ear visit them. We were lucky to participate in this engaging and informative workshop titled “What’s Going On?”
Chris used a series of drama games and exercises to look at the role emotions play in our lives. The key message was that it’s natural to feel a range of emotions but we can choose how we react.
