Primary Five had great fun learning about the different roles and responsibilities of being a Fire Fighter at the NIFRS open day at Crescent Link Fire Station. Children found out about the dangers of chip pan fires, how the fire service would free someone trapped in a car and most excitingly had the opportunity to be a fireman, operate the hose and sit in the engine!
